      If you received incorrect item(s), please first check your order confirmation email to verify the styles and sizes you ordered.
If the items you received do not match what you ordered, please email us with your order number so we can ship the correct item(s) as soon as possible.
Why was my order canceled?
      The most common reason your order may have been canceled is that the style or size is no longer available.

How do I unsubscribe?
      If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails from us, please email us with the email address you'd like to unsubscribe from.
      To unsubscribe from receiving text messages, please reply "STOP" to any of our messages. Alternatively, email with the cell phone number you signed up with and we'll unsubscribe you.
How do I change my email address tied to my account?
      If you would like to change the email address associated with your account, please email us with your current email and the new email address. We will update this as soon as possible.
